One thing I will make mention of that really impressed us was the friendly atmosphere. We did have to wait for Brett to be available as there were other customers before us, but while we waited there were 3 seperate staff that approached us to see if we wanted a coffee or tea and to make sure we were happy to wait. We really appreciated this service, as you dont get the quality customer service offered by Torque Ford everyday.

The Ford Focus we purchased was for my wife and she absolutely loves it. I organise the purchasing of all our company vehicles through Barry Arnold. I am a "Ford Man" through and through and whilst I'll admit I gave my wife the opportunity to look at a few other brands of cars without trying to be too persuasive towards the Focus, it was an obvious choice for her to purchase our new car from Torque Ford/Barry Arnold.
